Who I Am
-
As an AI Leader and Professional, I am dedicated to a clear mission: leveraging AI not to replace human talent, but to amplify it. I focus on how AI can be strategically integrated to eliminate repetitive, tedious tasks and transform workflows—allowing people to focus on the high-value, creative work they do best.
-
I am currently advancing my expertise through a Master of AI Strategy and Innovation at Wake Forest University and a certification in AI Product Management. My work is centered on driving measurable ROI and long-term scalability by making organizational processes more efficient and intuitive for the people who use them every day.
-
I believe the true power of AI is realized when it improves the lived experience of both employees and customers. Whether in a high-volume call center or a corporate environment, AI should act as a force multiplier:
Employee Experience (EX): Automating "busy work" to reduce burnout, making roles more fulfilling and impactful.
Customer Experience (CX): Creating smoother, faster workflows that solve problems in real-time and increase satisfaction.
Workflow Optimization: Moving from reactive processes to proactive, automated systems that allow for seamless communication across departments.
-
Technical Rigor: I maintain a hands-on understanding of the technology behind automation. From cleaning complex datasets in Python to utilizing linear regression and classification models in Google Colab, I have the technical foundation necessary to lead teams in building reliable, high-performing tools.
ROI-Driven Efficiency: I specialize in identifying high-impact opportunities where automation can significantly improve the bottom line. By streamlining workflows and aligning data, I help businesses realize the full value of their technology investments through increased operational speed and reduced waste.
Responsible Innovation: Leadership requires ensuring that as we automate, we remain ethical and inclusive. I advocate for governance structures that keep the "human in the loop," ensuring that AI growth is supportive, equitable, and resilient.
-
My leadership style is deeply influenced by my background as a musician and community leader. I am a dedicated saxophone player, performing with alumni bands where precision and collaboration are key. This same spirit of harmony drives my commitment to my community as a member of Alpha Phi Alpha and Kappa Kappa Psi. I believe that orchestrating a successful AI strategy is much like performing in an ensemble: it requires every part to be in sync to create a masterpiece of efficiency and impact.
